Crystals are considered another thing that has been deemed by "church folk" as new age witchcraft. As with other topics, I decided to go first with where they are mentioned in the Word.
Crystals in the Bible
- Genesis 2:11-12
- Genesis 28:10-22
- Genesis 31:45-55
- Exodus 24:10, 12
- Exodus 28:17-20
- Revelation 21:11, 12-20
Crystals are mentioned here, and in other places as well. As you study the scriptures you see that they are not described as being evil, there is no said sin against using them, and there is no penalty for using them. Three of my favorite mentions of crystals in the Word are
- When the breastplate of the priests are described. Imagine that, the Lord arrayed his priest with beautiful crystals right across their breastplate. Why would a holy God do that if they were evil?
- In Ezekial 28:12-19, the Most High describes how Lucifer was adorned with all the most precious crystals! Imagine that.
- Lastly, the description of heaven - it stays that the very streets of heaven are made with, imagine this, crystals.
So, if we study this - we see that the Bible literally never says anything is wrong or evil about crystals and in fact, used them Himself. How are you able to talk on the phone? Crystals. The quartz. Do a little more study, people. Knowing what's in crystals, how they operate - I am absolutely positive that their was a reason they were used the way the Most High decided to use them!
What's In Crystals
Well, without taking you to a science class today, let's just put it like this. You are made of energy, with seven entry points. The Earth is made of energy, and earthly things carry different amounts of energy. Who created all of this? The Most High, right? Ok. He made the energy. He made the frequencies. Much like music vibrates and has frequencies, our bodies and these crystals also have frequencies. Just like temperature and stress affect the frequency of our body - anything that sends out a frequency can affect our bodies. Music. How many times have you decided to put yourself in a better mood, just by switching up the music? Oh, seriously, how many times has music changed your entire vibe?
Crystals are literally in everything, just about - electronics especially.
Minerals, are in crystals. Minerals, are in food. If we can eat minerals, and those minerals replenish our bodies - how can the same minerals in crystals not do the same. But somehow, we have exchanged the God given resources as they were given to us. No, we have placed modern medicine as hour healers. The Bible clearly instructs us what to use for health and healing - fruits, herbs. But no, we have exchanged this truth for what man has substituted as ours healing and we believe in an aspirin, a bc, an antibiotic more than we really do the healing properties of the creation.
Then we demonize those things that Yahweh has created, because unbelievers use them. Let me ask you something: If the crystals were powerless, how could witches use them? Everything that the Most High made was GOOD. Just because someone uses them with ill intent, doesn't make the things that they are using themselves evil. We justify taking medicines because we say that we are trusting in God to use the medicine, but yet we can't use the same faith to believe in the elements of the Earth that He has used. For example, I understand the power of connecting your naked feet to the Earth; because of this, I can definitely say that I have experienced the healing power of the elements that Yahweh has created. I can also testify that the medicinal avenues I've taken have warranted more side effects - meaning my body likely didn't need it. Sunshine, water, minerals, etc. - all of the natural things that Yahweh has made have done me great.

So, does the Bible say to not practice witchcraft and idolatry and etc, absolutely. But let's make sure we're defining biblical what witchcraft actually is. I believe in the power of crystals because I believe in the power of the Creator of those crystals. Just as I know the power to my body from the sun, and understand the frequencies of sound and music - I also understand now the things that the Most High created are not evil and I have every right to use them for natural, alternative purposes.
